Charmaine completed her Advanced Diploma of Childrens Services. She has 10+ years experience acting as centre director within the childcare industry. She is currently managing the operations at Early Discoveries Preschool.

Antonella is a Montessori-trained early childhood teacher at Early Discoveries Preschool since 2013. She fosters a love of learning in a supportive environment, ensuring each child reaches their full potential through individualised education.

Snehal joined the team in 2024. With her bachelor's degree in early childhood education, she brings valuable knowledge and fresh insights that will enrich our work environment. She will be a positive impact to our community.
